Contact tag events
contact.tag_added: A tag was added to a contact, including each tag on a newly created contact; bulk contact imports emit no contact events.contact.tag_removed: A tag was removed from a contact.
Delivered as a POST to every active endpoint that subscribes to the event and whose profile access covers it. Delivery is at least once and events are not ordered, so deduplicate by id.
